12. Refund Policy

Membership fees paid to Less10 are generally non-refundable, except where required by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If a member believes they are entitled to a refund due to an error or failure in service delivery, they must submit a written request to Less10 within 14 days of the transaction. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative fees. Less10 reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined herein.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Website or membership with Less10, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to mediation under the auspices of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with AFSA rules. The arbitration shall take place in Cape Town, South Africa, and the language of proceedings shall be English. This clause shall not preclude either party from seeking urgent relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
