Sijnn Wines is a pioneering wine estate located in Malgas — a remote, rugged region at the southern tip of Africa. Founded by David and Rita Trafford in 2000, Sijnn is the first growth appellation in the area, producing wines that are deeply expressive of their extreme terroir. Nestled along the Breede River and just 15km from the sea, the estate benefits from a warm maritime climate tempered by daily ocean winds. With low-yield bush vines grown in ancient, poor soils, Sijnn crafts naturally made wines that reflect the raw beauty and tension of the land.
